Creamy Green Smoothie Bowl


First time adding avocado to a smoothie bowl and I thought it gave a great creamy taste and texture! Perfect after a weekend of indulging, this is a lovely Monday breakfast.

Serves 1

½ cup Almond milk
½ cup Greek yoghurt
30g Avocado
50g Frozen Banana
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Protein powder
20g Spinach

Avocado, Cucumber, Pepitas, Coconut


  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blitz until smooth
  2. Pour into glass or bowl
  3. Top with anything you like, I thought the cucumber gave it a nice crunch and refreshing taste!
