First time adding avocado to a smoothie bowl and I thought it gave a great creamy taste and texture! Perfect after a weekend of indulging, this is a lovely Monday breakfast.
½ cup Almond milk
½ cup Greek yoghurt
50g Frozen Banana
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Protein powder
Avocado, Cucumber, Pepitas, Coconut
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blitz until smooth
- Pour into glass or bowl
- Top with anything you like, I thought the cucumber gave it a nice crunch and refreshing taste!
