I had some leftover falafel, so I decided to try a deconstructed falafel plate. I added all the ingredients I like, but you can add anything you enjoy!
Serves 1-2
Ingredients:
1 tblsp Baba ganoush
2 Falafel
1 tblsp Pomegranate
3 tblsp Tabouli
1 tblsp Pine Nuts
Handful of Baby Spinach
Handful of cooked Pumpkin
½ a Tomato, chopped
Sprinkle of Sesame Seeds (Black & White)
½ an Avocado, sliced
Directions:
- Split up the falafel with your hands so it is in small pieces.
- Arrange all ingredients on a board and enjoy!
This is such a beautiful board of deliciousness–the falafels, the pumpkin, the spinach, everything!
