Easiest Hummus

We were clearing out our pantry for a holiday so we had no tahini, I decided to try hummus without it and it turned out just fine!

Serves 4-6

1 x 400g tin of Chickpeas drained and rinsed (reserve a few for presentation if you like)
3 tbsp of Olive oil
1 tsp crushed garlic
Juice of one lemon
Salt and Pepper
Sprinkle of Paprika


  1. In a blender (I used my nutri-bullet) blend all ingredients
  2. Stir halfway through, then continue to blend until smooth
  3. Top with paprika and any left over chickpeas
  4. Enjoy with veggie sticks, on sandwiches or with falafel!
