
These frozen bananas are the perfect summer treat, and they really do taste like ice-cream!
Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 Ripe bananas
50g Dark chocolate of your choice
Any toppings you like; coconut, nuts, seeds
Directions:
- Halve the bananas and insert paddle-pop sticks into the bottom centre
- In the microwave melt the chocolate (I usually find the best way is in 30 second bursts, and stirring consistently)
- Dip the end of the banana into the chocolate and sprinkle toppings over
- Freeze for 1-2 hours before serving
** They will keep in the freezer for a while
I love freezing bananas! Chocolate and bananas are delicious together!
