Frozen Choc Nanas

Frozen nana

These frozen bananas are the perfect summer treat, and they really do taste like ice-cream!

Serves 4

2 Ripe bananas
50g Dark chocolate of your choice
Any toppings you like; coconut, nuts, seeds


  1. Halve the bananas and insert paddle-pop sticks into the bottom centre
  2. In the microwave melt the chocolate (I usually find the best way is in 30 second bursts, and stirring consistently)
  3. Dip the end of the banana into the chocolate and sprinkle toppings over
  4. Freeze for 1-2 hours before serving

    ** They will keep in the freezer for a while
