Bircher Muesli


Serves 4

2 cups Rolled oats
4 tbsp White chia seeds
2 cups Almond milk
1 cup Greek yoghurt ( can substitute with coconut yoghurt for vegan)
2 tbsp Raisins
2 tbsp Pepitas + Sunflower seeds
1 Grated apple
2 tbsp LSA
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tbsp Maple syrup
Handful of whole + flaked almonds


  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, milk and yoghurt in a large bowl. Stir well
  2. Combine remaining ingredients; raisins, pepitas, sunflower seeds, grated apple, LSA, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup and almonds
  3. Stir very well, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight
  4. In the morning stir through some more almond milk if you find the consistency too thick.
  5. Serve with your favourite fruits, I also added some dried goji berries and RAWnola (recipe from Taline Gabriel via Hippie Lane App) for crunch!
