So this may sound a little interesting, but its the perfect, simple snack idea to keep you going through that 3pm slump!
Serves 1
Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 tbsp of your favourite nut butter ( I use mayvers)
1 wrap, I use Mountain bread rye
Directions:
- Spread nut butter in one-third of the wrap, vertically
- Place whole banana on top of nut butter
- Roll the wrap and cut into slices!
