Tricolour Quinoa Porridge | Lime, Raspberry, Vanilla Cinnamon

Serves 1

¼ cup Tricolour, red or white quinoa
½ cup Water
¼ cup Almond milk / Milk
½ tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tbsp Yoghurt (Optional
5 Raspberries
½ tsp Lime zest
Pepitas, sunflower seeds, other fruit


  1. Rinse quinoa under a sieve, place in small pot with cold water. Bring to the boil
  2. Once boiling, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed and quinoa is fluffy
  3. Stir through milk, cinnamon and vanilla and cook for a further 2 minutes
  4. Pour into serving bowl, stir through yogurt, raspberries and lime zest (if using)
  5. Top with any other fruits, nuts or seeds you desire.
