Ingredients:
1 Frozen banana
½ cup (approx) Frozen mixed berries
¼ cup Water or Almond Milk
1 tsp Cacao
1 tsp Acai Powder (I use Bioglan Superfoods Acai+ Berry Powder)
Handful of Baby spinach leaves
1 tbsp Vegan protein powder (Optional)
½ tsp Maca Powder (Optional)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend! I generally have to stop halfway and stir with a spoon to get the consistency smooth. I occasionally add extra liquid if the mix seems too thick.
- Top with your favourite things! I added fresh fruit and some raw buckwheat for crunch
