Vanilla Almond Chia Pudding

General Rule ~ 3 Tbsp Chia : 1 Cup Liquid

Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 cup Liquid (Almond milk, Rice milk, Coconut water)
3 tbsp White chia seeds
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tbsp Shredded coconut (Optional)
1tbsp Greek Yoghurt (Optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl, stir through thoroughly.
  2. Refrigerate overnight
  3. In the morning, stir through and top with favourite toppings, I love berries, more coconut and occasionally stir through additional yoghurt
