Serves 2
Ingredients:
4 Rice paper sheets
½ Sliced Carrot
1 Sliced Avocado
1 Sliced Cucumber
1 Tbsp Mint Chopped
Handful Baby Spinach
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 Chilli
Optional: Fried Tofu, Salmon, Tuna, Grilled Chicken, Rice Noodles
Directions:
- Have all your veggies chopped and ready to use
- In a large fry pan, fill with warm water. Slowly place one rice paper sheet in the warm water for 10 seconds until softened
- Arrange different veggies and proteins (if using) in the centre of the paper
- Fold in the two ends to the centre then roll. Repeat with remaining rice paper sheets
- Combine sweet chilli, soy and chilli in small bowl and use as a dipping sauce
