Overnight Mixed Oats Bowl

Serves 1

40g Steel Cut Oats
10g White Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Raw Buckwheat
1 tbsp Flax Seeds
1 cup Hot Water
½ cup Almond or Normal Milk
Mixed fruits, nuts and seeds


  1. Place oats, chia, buckwheat, flax and hot water in a pot. Soak overnight
  2. In  the morning, heat up oats over medium heat, adding additional water (if all the liquid has been absorbed)
  3. Stir through milk of choice and allow to absorb, approx five minutes
  4. Pour into serving plate, top with desired fruits, nuts and seeds

    * I swirled a little bit of dark chocolate through, because why not!
