Serves 1
Ingredients:
40g Steel Cut Oats
10g White Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Raw Buckwheat
1 tbsp Flax Seeds
1 cup Hot Water
½ cup Almond or Normal Milk
Mixed fruits, nuts and seeds
Directions:
- Place oats, chia, buckwheat, flax and hot water in a pot. Soak overnight
- In the morning, heat up oats over medium heat, adding additional water (if all the liquid has been absorbed)
- Stir through milk of choice and allow to absorb, approx five minutes
- Pour into serving plate, top with desired fruits, nuts and seeds
* I swirled a little bit of dark chocolate through, because why not!
