Homemade Gluten-Free Muesli


Serves 10

2 cups Gluten free oats
1 cup Quinoa Flakes
½ cup Raw Buckwheat
½ cup Buckwheat Puffs
¼ cup White and/or black chia seeds
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp Maple syrup (Optional)
1 handful of almonds and brazil nuts
Assorted dried fruits chopped, I like to use apricots, goji, dates and cranberries


  1. Toast nuts in a small pan over low heat for a few minutes then chop
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
  3. Mix through well
  4. Serve with yogurt, milk, fresh fruit or use as topping for chia puddings and smoothies.
