Green Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Mango
1 Frozen banana
1 Big Handful of Spianch Leaves
½ – ¼Cup Coconut water or almond milk (depending on how thick you want the consistency)
½ Tsp Maca Powder
20g Protein Powder (I use vegan pea protein)
1 Tbsp Yoghurt (Optional)

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together
  2. Top with fresh fruit and muesli
