Serves 1
Ingredients:
2 Slices bread (Sometimes I use Raisin bread)
1/3 cup Almond Milk
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
½ tsp Cinnamon
Optional: Maple syrup, berries, nuts, yoghurt, fresh mint, seeds
Directions:
- Whisk egg, milk, vanilla and cinnamon in a large bowl
- Heat frying pan and spray with non-stick
- Soak one piece of bread in the egg mixture, transfer to fry pan and cook for 2 minutes each side until browned
- Repeat with remaining piece of bread
- Top with maple syrup, berries, nuts, yoghurt and mint
