Easiest French Toast


Serves 1

2 Slices bread (Sometimes I use Raisin bread)
1/3 cup Almond Milk
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
½ tsp Cinnamon
Optional: Maple syrup, berries, nuts, yoghurt, fresh mint, seeds


  1. Whisk egg, milk, vanilla and cinnamon in a large bowl
  2. Heat frying pan and spray with non-stick
  3. Soak one piece of bread in the egg mixture, transfer to fry pan and cook for 2 minutes each side until browned
  4. Repeat with remaining piece of bread
  5. Top with maple syrup, berries, nuts, yoghurt and mint
