Serves 1
Ingredients:
½ cup Oats
1 cup Boiling water
½ cup Milk (Almond milk, Rice milk)
½ tsp Vanilla extract
Directions:
- Place oats and boiling water in a pot over medium heat, cook, stirring occasionally until all liquid has evaporated, approximately 10 minutes
- Stir through the milk and vanilla, cook for another few minutes until the liquid has evaporated and the oats are plump
- Top with all your favourite things, I love fresh fruit, nuts, seeds and occasionally nut butter
